Cinnamon is a lovely spice made from the bark of evergreen trees. The inner bark of the trees are dried until they are curled into rolls which are the cinnamon sticks. These sticks are further ground to form cinnamon powder which are authentic, genuine, original quality, safe and cooking grade. Dalchini contains a rich supply of various antioxidants.     DIFFERENCE between cassia and Ceylon- Cassia cinnamon is a type of cinnamon which has a stronger flavour as compared to true Ceylon.It has high amounts of coumarin as well and hence should be taken in limited quantities. Cassia also has a thicker bark and forms only a few layers when rolled into sticks.
