SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is shipped out. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orgayurvedistan@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept any returns on our products, as they are food items. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orgayurveditsan@gmail.com.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orgayurvedistan@gmail.com.
