Cinnamon is a lovely spice made from the bark of evergreen trees. The inner bark of the trees are dried until they are curled into rolls which are the cinnamon sticks. These sticks are further ground to form cinnamon powder which are authentic, genuine, original quality, safe and cooking grade. There are two types mainly - cassia and Ceylon. Ceylon is considered to be healthier and safe to consume on a regular basis. Cinnamon is widely used in various curries, beverages, baking and desserts.
